About a hundred children road their bicycles, scooters and walked in the annual Fourth of July Spirit Parade in Andover. The parade started outside of Towns Offices on Bartlet Street and went around the Park where a celebration also took place. Before the parade Select Board members served up a pancake breakfast inside the Robb Center. 7/4/23
