Richard "Rick" Smith, 72, gives a thumbs-up and is thrilled to be able to get around again after someone donated a electric wheelchair to him after hearing that someone had take his when he left it when the battery had died. Smith lives at the Merrivista apartments in Haverhill and now is able to go to the market nearby. 8/2/22
