I'm in total shock and awe! Approximately 2 hours after Irene ripped a huge tree limb onto our front lawn a crew of City of Methuen Mass. public works employees came by to clean it up and haul it away. In a mere 20 minutes, still in the middle of Irene's pretty powerful wind gusts, the lawn and street were cleared down to the leaves and twigs! Incredible! I didn't even call- they were already out cruising the city streets for storm damage. A huge thank you to these awesome guys and to the City of Methuen. My property taxes at work!
