Historical tour of Lawrence's canals
Mayor Brian DePena, right, and city councilors walk from the Lawrence Heritage State Park as they toured areas to learn at city canals and their history. The company that currently owns the dam, and its hydro electric power plant along the Merrimack River, no longer wants the canals. 4/2/22
