Isabel  is  a  9-year-old spayed female Norwegian elk hound mix dog. She
came to the shelter with a canine companion who has been adopted and she is
now  seeking  a home of her own. She is nice and affectionate, but would do
best  in  an adults-only home where she is the only dog. She does get along
with  cats.  Isabel  is  one of the many pets available for adoption at the
shelter  at  Nevins  Farm,  400  Broadway  in  Methuen. The shelter is open
Tuesday and Thursday from 12 - 6 p.m. Wednesday and  Friday from 11 a.m. to
4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12-4 p.m. It is closed on Monday.
