Windham Police Officer Terri Moore recently got a tattoo which is an augmented version of the National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial symbol. Moore is participating for the second year in a row in the Police Unity Tour - a gathering of police officers riding bicycles and motorcycles from New Jersey to the memorial for fallen officers in Washington, D.C.
