UTEC Cafe Chris Austin, Director of Food Enterprise loads meals into a van that will be delivered from the cafe in Lowell. The anti-violence group UTEC, which has locations in Haverhill and Lawrence, switched from being a sit-down cafe to preparing meals for Emmaus House and Community Action in Haverhill. 1/20/21
