Wendy Luzon, owner of Casabe restaurant that open February on Essex St., Lawrence. The new organic restaurant, delicatessen and fruit store offers locals access to clean, healthy food. Luzon has said others encouraged her to open the business in Methuen or Andover but she insisted on Lawrence because she wanted to invest in "her city." She has 8 employees. 3/10/21
