Because of the pandemic, Mike Lis, Chair of the North Andover Democratic Town Committee made a special visit to her home to present the plaque. The Democratic Scholarship Breakfast and award ceremony was held on zoom on Sunday, March 21 where the award presentation was announced. 3/20/2021
