Elite Bocce Players are Shining at the 2022 US National Bocce Tournament held at the Methuen Sons of Italy Lodge Bocce Center on Merrimack Street from June 20---26. More than 150 of the USA's Top Bocce Players have descended on the Merrimack Valley/Boston Area to compete in 4 National Bocce Events. Competitors are from all over the country and will compete in world class divisions. This is the third time the US National Bocce Tournament is being held in New England. Co-Chairs are Armand Buonanno and Joe Quartarone. The community is invited to the Methuen Sons of Italy Lodge to experience the state of the art bocce facility and the only facility of its kind on the East Coast.

Amy Lazzaretti of the Highwood Bocce Club, Highwood IL. just outside of Chicago, won the women's single in the Punto Raffa Volo style of Bocce playing and will represent the U.S. in the world championship in Turkey in November.
