Ella Ngo, 8, colors in a Sugar Skull in the craft area during Ballardvale Day in the Ballardvale playground in Andover. The smaller community event focused on community groups like Andover Trails, AVIS, Boy Scout Troop 76 and others. Their was also lawn games and a craft area where kids could make a scarecrow. 10/15/22
