Lawrence Mayor Brian DePena speaks at the Manchester Street Park to announce the start of the Lawrence Manchester Rail Corridor (LMRC) Rail Trail project. The trail will connect to Methuen's Rail Trail and travel south thru the city over Lawrence's canal's and the Merrimack River. 10/4/22
