Matthew Uttley, of North Andover, holds onto three of his families ferrets named Marcy, Ronnie, and Nippy, before being blessed at the St Francis Blessing of the Animals at St. Michael's Parish in North Andover. The blessing of animals dates back 800 years to the life of Saint Francis of Assisi. 10/1/22
