Metheun Mayor Neil Perry, center, takes part in the YWCA of Greater Newburyport groundbreaking ceremony for senior residences at Ingalls Court in Methuen. The YWCA Greater Newburyport, partnered with the Nevins Family of Services, Element Care PACE and the City of Methuen, to build the YWCA Residences at 12 Ingalls Court that will have new senior housing.
